If you need to go to submission for foreign police in Kosice, here are the instructions:

Things to take along:

• translated PCC – there must be less than 90 days between the date of issue of PCC and your arrival to SK – you can calculate the dates here: https://www.timeanddate.com/date/duration.html
• Translated bank declaration – document must have maximum 90 days since day of issue on the day of submission
• enrollment letter from the university in Slovak language (paper that you got AFTER enrollment at the uni)
• passport
• 2 passport pictures
• money – if you need an express card, the amount is 24,50€, if you need standard card, it is 4,5€. Shipping charge is 3€
• printed RP form

How to get to foreign police: you can come either by tram (tram stop Magistrat mesta Kosice) – number 6, 9, R1 or by bus – bus stop Ružova – OC Galeria or Magistrat mesta Košice – numbers 71 and 72. You can come also by taxi (Bolt or Easy taxi)

Timing: Please come 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you come too late, you are not able to get token with your number

Other things to take along: the submission might take 30-90 minutes, so bring also water and food
