The entrance examination is not required – after submission of documents, it is needed to pass Skype interview which is focused mainly on English skills and motivation to study in Slovakia. Applicants who pass Skype interview will be given a conditional admission letter. The final letter will be issued after nostrification of degree.
Course Details of Bachelor level:
- Mechatronics integrates knowledge mainly from the field of mechanics, electronics, informatics and control. Its essential features are artificial intelligence, interactivity, autonomous behavior, or structural maturity. It is used in many modern fields such as: robotics, intelligent sensors, satellite technology, but also in mechanical engineering as such. Mechatronics is increasingly growing into the field of natural sciences and new interdisciplinary fields are emerging, such as: nanotechnology, biotechnology and remediation technologies.
- Graduates will be employed in ensuring the operation of modern electromechanical, electrohydraulic and other mechatronic systems with computer control. Furthermore, in companies engaged in the construction of machines, devices and equipment belonging to the class of mechatronic systems and the production of their components, as well as in testing, service and development of these systems and complexes.

Course details of Master level:
- Graduates will be employed primarily as creative designers, research and development workers, coordinators and managers of work teams in the design and development of modern mechatronic systems and also in ensuring the operation of these systems. Furthermore, in companies engaged in the construction of machines, devices, equipment and systems falling into the class of mechatronic systems and the production of their components, as well as in the testing and servicing of these systems.Employers are interested to hire the graduates of the mechatronics study program.
