If you plan to study at TUKE also in the academic year 2023/24, you should book your accommodation at the dormitory. Reservation is possible before 15.4.2023. You cannot have any debt toward the dorm, otherwise, your application will be rejected.  The dorm will be reserved for you until 30.9.2023, from 1.10.2023 it will be offered to different students.

You do need to pay reservation fee of 100€. If you do a reservation and do not use dormitories, you do not need to pay any penalties.

The dormitories are offered primarily to foreign students, so there is a guarantee that the dormitory will be assigned to you.

Private rooms in Kosice or Presov start at 200€ per month.

Here is the process, and how to do it:

1. log in to MAIS
2. Click on Accommodation / ubytovanie in the upper navigation tab
3. Click on Add application
4. Page1: click on your preferred dorm (for FEEI and economics students: Jedlikova 9, for Aeronautical students: Rampova, for Manufacturing students: Budovatelska, for mechanical students: Ferka Urbanka or Bozeny Nemcovej)
5. Page 2: fill it in line with the following instructions – make sure to click that you are foreign student, then you get 999 points (Slovak students usually get around 100-150 points) (the only thing you need to figure out is what was your weighted study result – points 2 and 3)-
6. Do not forget to confirm your application in MAIS. You can check application in section: Accommodation – Application for accommodation was added
